Iggy here with a correction of my own post:

I didn't mean to say every other night... I meant to say every other week.
(With all their other duties, I don't think that the Elves would be able to
add in a "town hall meeting" that often...  Once a fortnight should suffice
it it's at a regular time and a few hours are made available with at
least... 2-3 Elves at each meeting...)

Just a clarification of my idea...
