Hi, Gabriela!

I heard a lot about Garth Nix, but I haven't read anything by this
writer yet, unfortunately.

I guess these books will be the next one to buy for me

Alla:

You know, when I finished reading "His Dark Materials" I realised
that I enjoyed this trilogy immensely, but I also realised that I
will never open these books again.
I am an avid reader, who can reread her favourite books quite a few
times, but this trilogy ended too... I don't know, I guess hopeless
for me.

I did not want a sappy ending, but I also did not want so blatantly
anti-religious ending, I suppose.

I am not a very religious person, but I definitely believe in some
kind of higher authority out there. Pulman seems to be very
aetheistic person(judging by his book only, of course), which is his
absolute right to be, but not exactly my cup of tea.

But I definitely found this trilogy to be quite powerful. I could not
stop reading when I picked up the first book
