Theory on HBP

I am new here, so please forgive if this topic has already been 
discussed or I have posted to the wrong list.  What about Colin 
Creevy as the HBP?  I am currently rereading CoS, and IIRC, Colin 
only mentions that his father is a milkman, and doesn't mention his 
mother at all.  Or Justin Finch-Fletchley--he says that he was 
originally going to attend Eton, but then got his letter from 
Hogwarts.  He goes on to say that he has had his mother read 
Lockhart's books. . . but doesn't mention his father.  (Sorry, I 
can't quote page numbers--my book is at home and I am at work!) Could 
it be possible that either of these characters, while not playing a 
huge role in CoS, may be the HBP?  If anyone has any info, theory, 
etc. to make this impossible, please send feedback.  Thanks!!!!
