Again, no misunderstanding from me. Folks under moderation are penalized
if they post more than one message in a thread if they're under queue and
it doesn't matter if there's ten minutes to hours difference between posts
a person may want to respond to.

Exactly. Since I ultimately really didn't care either way, I didn't join
the feedback list. My input doesn't really amount to much when it's one
person to how many others? These are large lists. What if I said I
didn't care for moderating members who have shown they aren't spammers?
My opinion would mean jacksquat even on the feedback list--it's like folks
sending petitions for changes in GOF when it's already being filmed. The
rules are *already* in place: A person has to *repeatedly* demonstrate
they can follow the strict rules before they can be released off
moderation but they will always be under the threat of being placed back
on moderation.
What is there to debate? I don't see anything from my corner. I don't
necessarily agree with it but it's not my choice (fandom groups are
generally dictatorships and it's something members have to accept or
leave) and there isn't really a choice that will appeal to the masses.
