What I reckon is...
It will have nothing to do with time turners or travelling in time, 
but Harry will come across the "image" of Godric.  Much as Godric's 
sword came to his aid in CoS, Godric's image or memory (in a 
painting,book, diary, special gift to special members of Gryffindor 
house - whatever) will convey that he (Godric) is/was a half blood 
prince (indefinite article here)and in some way, like the memory of 
his parents and sirius help him do the right thing, Godric will 
become a further motivational tool for him.
Thats just what I think anyway
