HBP June Release and HP Initials?

Just wanted to get everyone's opinion of a possible June/July release
for the Half-blood Prince?  Mugglenet seems to think it's gonna happen.  

On another note, just as the two most recent Hogwarts headmasters have
the same initials (Armando Dippet and Albus Dumbledore), could it be
that Harry Potter shares the same initials as the Half-blood Prince
for some similar reason? Could the Half-blood Prince parallel Harry's
journey in some way? Perhaps a historical character who helped to
defeat Grindelwald?

I'm still hoping for a mysterious royal past to surface for Lupin; he
deserves a rich past after all of the scruffy clothes JKR's been
forcing him to wear lately.  But I thought I'd throw this one out to
see what sticks.
