Hi, Dina! Well, my darling hubby has known for the longest time that I'd be
getting both the theatrical release versions and the extended versions of
all three LOTR films, because I've told him so very many times. I have all
three theatricals, and the first two extended sets (gonna get the third for
Christmas, whether he gets it for me or I get it for myself). He had BETTER
realize that I'll be getting the full-and-complete box set, as well, when
that one comes out. ;-)
If WB did the same thing with the HP flicks, I'd buy them, too. They *are*
missing out on a LOT of revenue, there.

I'm doing some catch-up reading and I just caught a message referencing
the LOTR trilogy boxset has different specials and extras from the single
movie releases. :-\ As if the fact you'd have to buy both theatrical and
extended cuts of each movie (each version had different extras) wasn't
enough, now you'd have to get a third copy of the movies to be complete in
all the 'goodies'. Granted, they generally are considered *goodies* for
folks who like the movie cast/crew and other details.
