Dan Radcliffe's shirts - girl or guy's?

I was working on a backlog of stuff and tried tackling the hundreds of
LiveJournal entries I'm behind on.

I came across this one:

Daniel Radcliffe pics from one of the morning talk shows (June 2004) and
he's wearing a somewhat sheer light blue [wrinkled] shirt.

One gal commented on the cut of the shirt determining it as being for a
girl... I disagree, I believe it's a guy's shirt.

Granted, I'm a US shopper but I also buy men's shirts for myself.  I've
learned *one way* of telling if a shirt is guy or gal's is by the buttons,
if the shirt is button down.

Gal's have buttons on our left while guy's shirts have buttons on their
right.  I think it had to do with an old tradition of women helping men
button their shirts.

Correct me if I'm wrong.  This is from my own shopping experience.
