Alla:

Yay, Happiest Birthday to all of us :-)

Alla ( very original, I know :-))

Alla:

Because I am very very bad with coming up with interesting names,
so I just chose my real one.

Alla:

Hmm, SO many, since again I am so bad with coming up with them myself.

I think I would love to steal SSSusan( wait, I have to be named Susan
for that :-)) and maybe "Phoenixgod" too, only I would have to change
it to Phoenixgoddess, I suppose :-)

Alla:

I think I would love to be a mind healer. It seems that there is
surely a demand for that profession in "potterverse"

Alla:

Myself with my family.

Alla:

Sorry for sounding trivial, but probably same as Molly's.

Alla:

running around my appartment and screaming after I passed the bar
exam ( I really, really did not think that I would)

No idea.

Dog most definitely.

Books, many many books.

"Black currant".

Professionally - get back to doing political asylum law, although I
doubt I ever would.

PoA, then HBP, then GoF.

>
> * Who is your favorite character?

I like almost all of them. I used to answer that my absolute
favorites are Harry, Sirius, Snape and Lupin.

Harry and Sirius still are. Snape is my favorite villain ( so more
compelling than Voldemort), but I cannot empathise with him any more
( with the murder of Albus he overstepped the boundary which made me
love/hate him and now I simply love to hate him).

Lupin - well, I like him, but I want him to get more space in book 7,
I really do.

Right, so I think I would put Ron Weasley and Albus Dumbledore as my
other absolute favorites now.

Harry will survive after defeating Voldemort, but not killing him,
will get married to Ginny and leave happily ever after.

Snape will suffer, REALLY suffer A LOT if JKR decides to let him
live, but would preferably die ( NOT from Harry's hand, please)

>
> * What do you think will happen in Book 7?

Alla:

Well, I do think that Harry's scar may be a last Horcrux, so Harry
will decide to sacrifice himself, but as SSSusan says at the last
minute it won't be deemed unecessary ( whether someone will unhorcrux
him or something like that)

So, even though I think he may die, I do think that he will survive(
the optimist in me :-))

Oh, and Voldemort will be dead, of course :-)

Alla:

Not original, But "Hogwarts. A history"

Alla:

My computer only allows access to text only version, so.... nothing .
Alas

Alla:

115, I think

>

Alla:

I think in May 2002 and I don't remember how I found us. :-)

>
> * Point us to your delurking post...how was that maiden voyage?

Alla:
It was scary, really scary, I think it took me almost a year or at
least few months before I gathered the courage to post.
Cannot find it, but even if I could, I would not, I have a lot of
insecurities about my writing abilities and think my beginners posts
were bad, really bad.

I still don't think that they are good now, frankly.

Oh, SO many. Can I just point you to some of my favorite writers? Not
all of them,it is impossible to name all of them, but some. Even this
is going to be long

So, ANYTHING written by SSSusan ( but Snape is not good - HA! :-)),
ANYTHING written by Phoenixgod ( except when he is saying that
Ginny is the worst thing ever happen to Harry - just kidding :-))

Nora Renka, Dan, Sherry Gomes, Jen Reese, Geoff Banister.

There are so many brilliant writers on this list, I've learned so
much from them.

Special mention definitely goes to Potioncat.

If I am not mistaken, we mostly disagree with Potioncat, but she iss
such a gifted writer and such a gifted debater, that I don't feel
that I am disagreeing with her at all for the most part.

She is always willing to entertain the other side POV, she is not
determined to have the last word in the debate and she is SO funny,
so very funny. I love her. :-)

I also want to mention Severely Siguine brilliant essay 'Snape the
Riddle". tat is the ONLY sort of good Snape, which makes sense to me.

Alla:

I've lost my temper couple of times in my earlier days, I definitely
wish I would not.

Nope.

>

Alla:

I have to stare at my computer at least several hours every day, when
I don't - I spend time with my friends, read a lot and I take latin
dancing lessons, I also
travel.

Alla.
