No Christmas for JKR's website?

Last year at this time JKR had an Advent calendar on her "Extra Stuff"
page and tinsel all over the place, along with blue Christmas ribbons
that could serve as Hanukkah or generic holiday ribbons on just about
every page and poinsettias in place of daffodils on the table by the
door with the "Do Not Disturb" sign. I can see JKR herself being too
busy to update her pages, but doesn't she have a Web-Elf (erm, a
professional website designer) to help her out? Or did someone
complain that Advent calendars and Christmas decorations were
"intolerant" (politically incorrect)? The characters in her books
celebrate Christmas, and JKR should be allowed to do so as well.
Or maybe, having given us HBP, she thinks we don't need anything to
cheer us up? No, *that* can't be it!
Carol, wondering if she's the only one who's disappointed by the lack
of updates to the site
