Surely all 3 are answered in book 7 --
1) We will see what DD's death did to the findability of that house
Harry inherited. If the Secret Keeper's death reveals the Secret,
people (maybe vengeful Death Eaters) will come knocking at the door.
However, I think it unlikely that the SK's death reveals the Secret.
If it did, it wouldn't *matter* how loyal Sirius was, or Peter,
because LV would get the Secret despite his heroic silence while being
tortured to death.
2) It seems unlikely that all 4 remaining Horcruxes will be destroyed
off-screen.
Altho' I think JKR would have to give a very twisty answer in order to
answer this question without either confirming or denying that theory
that was wandering around somewhere that Harry having destroyed the
diary in CoS was insufficient to destroy the Horcrux, so a future
Harry time-turned to just after Harry and Ginny left the chamber and
destroyed the Horcrux.
3) There is no evidence that Voldie wanted the Philosopher's Stone
before he was disembodied. My recollection is that DD *said* he meant
to use the PS to get a (replacement) body. I don't know how that works
-- maybe any disincarnate soul just has to go swimming in a glass of
Elixir of Life and it solidifies into a body around him/her.....
