Sandy's right. The same ads have been up since May. One of the LOONS
mentioned the Fudge ad in a post back in May:

JKR herself says somewhere, either in the Rumours or the FAQ, that
Fudge *will* be replaced as Minister for Magic in HBP. There was quite
a discussion about the Quibbler ad on the main site, especially among
the ESE!Fudge advocates, back in May.
