I don't know how much coverage you guys are getting over there, but 
Ken Livingstone (London's mayor) made quite a moving speach today 
along the lines of 'Next week as you watch us bury our dead also 
watch this, that London will be back to normal".  The Queen also 
made a speech, while visiting one of the hospitals involved, saying 
that people like that will not stop the British from living our 
lives the way we want to live them.  The expression "stiff upper 
lip" really springs to mind!!

Londoners were not beaten by the Blitz (and most of the east end was 
flattened by that) or the IRA and there's no way these people will 
defeat them either.  And all your and other country's thoughts and 
kind words go a long way towards helping to strengthen their resolve.
