I was unfortunate enough to learn a month before saturday, my
brother in law was to get married on July 16th, in a three hour ride
away from home, which meant I would not get my hands on my very own
copy of HBP, until monday, for I was forced to stay the whole
weekend at the "new" family's home...

time, between my job, my household chores and my inconsiderate
friends who had the nerve to call in home last night and my husband
who keeps talking to me between pages (and I know he's just been
trying to get on my nerves, since he's not that much of a PotterFan
and is amused by my anxiety of reading a "kids-book"), to actually
be able to sit back and READ, so I've only managed to get through
the first 156 pages...

Unfortunately you couldn't do anything about the wedding because
those are usually planned so far in advance... As for inconsiderate
friends, unless I had an ongoing emergency that I NEEDED to answer
the phone when it rang, I just let it ring. Nothing on this earth
says we actually have to answer them! (I hate phones and feel we
shouldn't be slaves to them)

When I was reading, I had several cats who felt that I should be
letting them assist and insisted periodically on climbing onto the
book itself! One great place for minimal interruptions is the
bathroom and a locked door (or the tub and a locked door)!

Now Hubby has decided he wants to read the book so now I can't talk
to him about it until he has..... I did finish the book in about 7
hours and am on my second read. I have been dragging it to work and
pulling it out when I eat lunch or take a break. Also I broke down
and got the audio CD and have it in the car as I am driving to and
from work.

You will certainly enjoy this book and feel very accomplished once
you have finished it in spite of all the interruptions!
