Yes. For now. But anything can happen in fantasy, and his affinity
for phoenixes (and the name Order of the Phoenix) can't be
coincidental.

Tough call. Sure looks like it. Wasn't it DD who put the freezing
charm on Harry? If so, it was to make sure there was a witness to
what was happening. But JKR has fooled us before.

> 3) Are Lupin & Tonks really a couple or is this a red herring?
No reason to expect it is anything but what it seems.

Snape probably loved his mother, or he would not have honored her by
declaring himself the "Half-Blood Prince." I'm still a little curious
about why he chose to do this, unless it was just something he did as
a snivelly teenager to boost his own self-esteem and just nursed it
along with his other grudges all these years.

No, but one of them may come even closer than they did in HBP (the
poisoning incident).

The magic 8-ball says "chances are good."

Hogwarts is too integral a part of the story to be abandoned
altogether. I think Harry will return there after he's had his
soujourns to Godric's Hollow, and Grimmauld Place to see to his
inheritance. Of course the others will go, because even after the
tragedy, Hogwarts is a safer place for kids to be than most.

It had not occurred to me that it might be. It would explain a lot
that LV transferred not only part of his powers to Harry, but part of
his soul. That would sure make things sticky in the final battle,
wouldn't it?

Fawkes doesn't go everywhere DD goes.
>

I don't even want to think about it yet.
>
> 11) Will DD's portrait be able to help Harry?
To some extent.
>
> 12) What role will McGongall play in book 7?
She will be headmistress. And as far as I can tell, no one has yet
mentioned that as headmistress, she can't also be head of Gryffindor
House--somebody else will be appointed. Any guesses?

> 13) Will Harry go back to the Dursley's as he is supposed to?
Yes, grudgingly, he must, for a little while. But he will never, ever
go back.
>
> 14) Will the DA or OOTP reform to help Harry?
I don't think the Order has disbanded; probably it will gain more
members. I think the DA is pretty much finished, although Neville and
Luna will remain heavily involved with Harry's future.

Perhaps he will try.
>
> 16) Will the imprisoned Deatheaters escape from Azkaban?
Oh, yes, I'm sure they've already done so. What has kept them in, now
that the Dementors have deserted to follow LV?
>
> 17) Will Kreature hinder or aid Harry if he appears in book 7?
I hope to God we have seen the last of him.
>
> 18) What is your take on Harry having "his mothers eyes"?
Not a clue. But every time that phrase comes up, I can't help but
think of the scene in the movie "Addams Family Values" where Gomez
and Morticia are admiring the new baby, and he says, "He has my
father's eyes," and Morticia says, "Gomez, take those things out of
his mouth."

> 19) Did Snape actually help LV at Godric's Hollow?
To his everlasting regret, yes. I think this is part of why DD always
thought the better of Snape, that his repentance over this act was
true.
