Oh thank you!

I did read the books in french (my native language), and well... being a general person enjoying to reading between the lines of any thing bugging me, this came in head.
Snape is my favourite character, but that's not because of this I think he's the HBP. (Despite it increase the fan-fun thing)

But there's more to come about this theory, I'm currently writing the second part, about his years to Hogwarts and his teenage years, + a bonus about his appearance.

  native language!  I see now that I have never truly *read* the books,
  at least not to the point of retaining all the information you presented!
