Click on the 'Contact us' button and you will get a form to fill out. 
Please do so, with full facts and details (such as the so-
called 'customer relations' letter just posted here on OTC).

Trust me, it works as an approach. If enough of us do it, someone in 
Yahoo!Groups will get the kick up the ass that they richly deserve, 
and maybe something will happen. I read somewhere on the web that Yah!
Groups generate about a quarter to a third of their income - it was 
old info, but interesting. I am going to dig through their accounts 
to see if there is anything more recent.
