I hope this is the right place to ask,but I recently moved to Pennsylvania from California,where I belonged to the HP4GU in northern Calif. I didn't see a Pennsylvania group listed in the regional groups,and would like to start one myself. How would I go about doing this,and getting it listed here? Thanks! Rick from Pennsylvania
