settings?

Dunno if I should ask this here or not, but it seems yahoo began 
bouncing this email address, and I had to go back and reset all the 
dang membership settings to the TRADITIONAL emails..
Anyone know if there is a simple way to do that for all my groups at 
once, so I don't have to go to each one and manualy change it?

BTW, I HATE the new format these message are commin in.
