Yes, amazon.co.uk is always ahead to pre-order Harry Potter books, I
always pre-order with amazon UK except with the 6th book because we
had the english version here the same day it was released in UK. But
for the final HP book I pre-ordered it the same day the title came out
since I asked amazon UK to notify me the moment it is available for
pre-order. I live in Belgium and the toal costs of it including
postage and vat is £20.11
