Heh. So far, I have managed to resist the temptation to call our
esteemed and valued customers 'Muggles', but I experience it, for much
the same reasons.
I think the use of the word 'Muggle' for someone who just doesn't get
it, or who is outside some privileged circle, has some chance of
sticking.
