One color I think M&Ms has completely discontinued are the light
browns/tans (not gold). I think, during the 80s, the colors were dark
brown, tan, orange, yellow, and green. Then red was added as a
'regular' (used to only be a holiday specialty), tan dropped, and blue
added to the standard colors. After that, I lost track... Hm, maybe
it's time to buy a bag of M&Ms. :-) I haven't bought a regular bag in
years. Usually, if I buy bagged candy for myself, I wait until a
holiday is over for all the candies to go on sale... Of course,
Halloween is something where candy is bought *before* the kids go
knock-knock on your door.
