:-) That is really a nasty way to make any young animals get scared
and not trust anyone to touch them again. But for what it's worth any
friendly animals that are eager to have a new owner or eager to be
with you the moment they see, means are more likely to listen to you
and learn fast and would bond with you directly, be loyal to you and
your family. It's not only you giving love to them but they would
surely give their love to you easily.
Just base on my experience with our past pets. cheers.
