Oh, Zara - I think I should thank you for recommending Bujold books 
in the first place, so I fourth or fifth the recommendation - the 
books are great, characters are LOVELY - yes fantasy fiction can be 
characters driven, yes it can :)

And I had no idea that she had new book out either - I know where I 
am going tomorrow.
