Talked to Mom, and depending on the size of the batch
of Best Cranberry Relish you want to make, this is the
recipe.
- One bag of raw cranberryies (12 to 16 ounces)
- one washed seedless orange quartered
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sugar
My nephew works for a large grocery chain, and mades this
relish to sell every year. Good, but still not as good
as Mom's. She just has an instinct for the right
combination and proportion of ingredients.
Simple, but excellent relish that has been a tradition in
our family for many many decades.
