This is Cockney rhyming slang, some modern, some old.

In translation:
Moby =  Moby Dick = Sick
Jack Mills =  Pills
Tiddley = Tiddley Wink = Drink
Clements = Clement Freuds = Haemorrhoids
Newingtons = Newington Butts = Guts
Monkey - Betting slang for £500.00
