Hi Carol! It is a bit lonely around here. I've been buzzing through
JKR's site all afternoon when I had free moments, and expected to be
last one to the list. Hello, out there <echo, echo>...
<snip- JKR not answering any questions>

This statement gave me a contented feeling- for, although I am eager
for real answers (and yes, please please tell us all about dear
Severus. Please.), I also hope that DH is not so simplistic in the
end that we will not need to debate and talk and figure out what it
all means. Because then, sadness. Let the debate live on! I would
also be disappointed because I think part of what makes a book or
series great is that it leaves you with thoughts, questions and
points of interpretation that are always up to you as a reader, and
should always be interesting to discuss.
As the lists of "What she would have to resolve in DH to make us all
happy" grow on and on, clearly there will have to be mysteries that
remain for all time...Wow, they really might remain for *all time*.
That's crazy.
