I suspect the book cover you are seeing on-line is
really a publisher-authorized place holder for the
real book covers.
Keep in mind the the manuscript has just been released
to the publisher. It will take time for them to come
up with appropraite graphics for the real cover.
Also, what you are seeing is not the book itself but
the paper dust jacket that covers the book. For the
Deluxe edition, I'm assuming the quality of the paper,
size of the print, and the hard cover are improved over
the standard consumer version.
