Anne Squires;
I have an American edition. It has 759 pages. The beginning of each
chapter has an illustration. (I have to say that I rather like these
illustrations.) Four pages into chapter two has a icon type picture
of DD's face. Also, whenever a letter is read by Harry the font
changes. Whenever a newspaper article or part of a book is read by
Harry it is indented further into the margins on both the left and
right sides. Since there is quite a bit of newspaper reading and book
reading in this book, I think that could account for the increased
number of pages. Oh yes, I almost forgot---if Harry reads a headline
it is set apart from the rest of the text and it is in rather large
bold type.
