Jen: Mmmm, I'm writing these down and buying a crockpot now.  How could 
I live without one so far? One reason is our grocery store started 
stocking all these great pre-prepared main courses that you just pop in 
the oven, like pot roast or pork loin.  Course they're probably full of 
salt, additives etc., that are horrible, but that's why I don't read 
the labels too closely.  The crockpot must be healthier and only 
slightly more work it sounds like.
