HAH!

 

I asked this question years and years ago, as part of the original
discussion that gave rise to the Chatter group.  It sounded horrible to me,
but my British friends went into raptures to such an extent that I found
myself an import place and tried it.

 

It's very thick cream, thick enough to be spreadable.  You gain weight by
touching the jar.
