Yeah. I was speculating before her death. Short amount of time, but 
maybe she liked Snape so much that she was eager to taste him one 
more time.

Unlikely I know, but IMO not impossible. Unless Nagini's death 
occurred the very moment she left the Shack, I think theoretically 
she could return even within next hour or half an hour.
