Tonks:

I went to a Real Estate update last fall in late October. The U.S. 
Federal Government put out a notice to all home builders. I don't 
have the papers with me here but if I look around I can probably 
find them. It is a strong 'recomendation' to all home builders, for 
homeland security and for a 'high wind event'. The man who is the 
local expert on Real Estate law, etc. is the one who has one 
himself. It was the newest update at that time that we were suppose 
to be aware of. I have not been to the one for this year yet. But if 
I build a house, I will put the room in. If I remember correctly 
there were specific details as to how it should be built. Any 
homebuilder in your area would know about it.
