With the tomato, vinegar, and Worceestershire Sauce, that sound
very much like American Steak Sauce. I prefer the A-1 Sauce,
but my mother prefer Heinz 57. 

Frequently, good steak sauce is at the heart of good homemade
Barbeque sauces.
