It probably is caster sugar. I can't check in my
cupboard, because I used up the last of that sugar for
making my son's birthday cake last week and I haven't
had a chance to replenish my baking cupboard. The
brownies my daughter and I made yesterday contained
table sugar...shock, horror!
Mary Ann, who loves home baking, but eats way too much
of it
