Aha!! I was correct in my initial assumption. I'd looked around online a bit, though, and had seen a number of options presented. So I decided I'd just ask in a place where some UK folks actually reside. :)

Indeed, it was Burnley whom we saw DCFC play that day. After a lengthy flat patch of play, Derby came back drew even at 1-1 in stoppage time.
I knew Burnley had knocked of ManU in their return-to-Premier League debut. Additionally, they knocked off Everton (which has one of my favorite players, American keeper Tim Howard), so they're off to an amazing start! Tomorrow they play Chelsea, so we'll see if they can keep it up.
I can't tell you how good it is to finally be sure I'm saying this right in my head.
