It has been so long since I posted that when I saw the "Jo" I mumbled
just like Kreacher, "Is she talking to me?" I may not have been
talking to "you lot" lately, but I have lost none of the enthusiasm
for the Wizarding World the other Jo has created for us.

The closest place for me to get the new book is Hastings in Kerrville
about an hour away. My daughter that is in school at Tech is driving
down so that we can pick up our copies at midnight. We ordered three
copies. One for my daughter, one for me, and one for my husband. We
learned with Goblet that we are not very good at sharing. Now another
lady from here has asked me to pick up her two copies. She is OK
with getting them the next morning, but I'm supposed to put them in
her mailbox on the way back from Kerrville.

I ran into one of my school aged HP buddies and his mom when I picked
up OotP at midnight. I have asked them if they will be there too.
They plan to be there too. It was faster last time to pick it up if
you had not preordered, but I think the huge chocolate bar that
Hastings gives you for preordering is worth the wait.

Are any of you near Kerrville? Or Junction?
