I think Alan Rickman would be great as Snape!

I know the Dursley's are English, but I always picture them like Danny
DeVito & his wife (forget her name - Carla from Cheers...) in Matilda. OR
a couple similar to the couple who played the Salt's in Charlie & the
Chocolate factory.

Hermione - those actresses are too cutesy. I think I'd prefer unknowns
for Harry, Ron & Hermione.

I'd have to think about the others some more...
