Although I sincerely wish it were otherwise due to Harry's past, I
actually agree with your comparison. Alienation seems to be a major
theme in GoF and I expect it to recur in the next novels.

Harry is starting to remind me a lot of Cade Foster, the lone hero of one
of my current fave sci-fi dramas, First Wave. There are several parallels,
but I won't go into detail since not many may be familar with the show.
