I was just thinking about the books again and how appealing they are. They
seem to have the ability to entice the reader to read more and more
and more. I don't know if its the wording that JK puts into it or the
characters themselves. I think that its just the fact that this wizarding
world is a means to get away from reality. And the mentor, Dumbledore,
makes it even more special. How many of us have wanted someone like that
to look up to? And even though Harry is able to get away from the wicked
Dursley's 10 months in the year, he comes back. And although he blows up
his aunt or threatens or even thinks of doing evil things to them... it
never really happens unless he loses his temper, his control. I think
that's the best part about it, how it shows us to be patient in times
of turmoil. And that's difficult to do when you're only a kid! Sorry,
sometimes I like to get my stupid thoughts on paper. thanx for reading
