<<This is even more especially so when it's wal-mart, they are even more
disgruntled than bookstore employees! >>

You're right - I've worked in Wal Mart (I lasted a week) when I first
got my work permit over here in the States. I was so disgruntled I walked
out - not even bothering to let them know I was going...and that takes a
lot for me to do. It was like nursery school employment. "Now we take the
product; now we put it on the shelf; now the supervisor comes and tells
us the right shelf..." and so on... I may not have a degree, but boy -
I am smart enough to be disgruntled by that. And the Wal Mart Cheer (very
scary indeed for a reserved English gal to encounter....Give me a W! Give
me an A! - and to think I was chosen to lead it on my first day.....)

Sorry - back to the point - If it was a Wal Mart, then the story becomes
ten times more believabe to me. Having seen from the inside for a week,
the place is a retail mess....

Appologies to anyone in the club who works at Wal Mart, but boy....it
sucks....
