'eaux' is sometimes pronounced with a 'z' sound and sometimes it is not,
but I don't remember the rules.

This is closer to Boh than Boze -- the X, which is really an 's', is
pronounced when the next syllable starts with a vowel as in Beaux Arts
(bozart).

'batons' except to put 'batoh' - I know that it ISN'T 'batonz'.

Maybe bah-taww ? The 'on' is pronounced as what I have heard called a
nasalized O. If the next word starts with a vowel, it will get the S
stuck on front of it. La belle de Beauxbatons, ou est-elle? La belle
duh Bohbahtaww, soo ay tell?
