Maybe its because Britain is so small - and a lot of Dragons in one
place - a farm, would make muggles wary - remember - this all has to
be kept from the muggles!!! Maybe they farm Dragons in very wide open
places - like the USA and parts of Africa and Russia, so as to allay
(sp?) suspicions!

Or maybe not - its late!! Just a guess anyway!
