I am a lawyer - actually an intellectual property lawyer with a specialty
in trademarks, and I've read this woman's side of the store (although
not the actual pleadings, which I would LOVE to get my hands on) and
I think her case has no merit. I don't want to go all offtopic with a
dissertaion on why, but as a footnote, let me say that about a week ago,
slate magazine had an article about the word MUGGLE being in a Lewis
Carrol story.
