I sent another Yahoo! suggestion. This one was to request a more
informative Club Calendar. This timezone confusion (read explitive)
could have been prevented if everyone received club-calendar times in
his or her local timezone (which is set in the options for personal
calendars). But I was most surprised that we (read I) could actually
irritate another with a discussion of the matter. Oh well.

Now for real reason of the post.....

First fact: One week elapses from the night of Voldemort's rebirth to
Dumbledore's tribute in the Great Hall.

First assumption: The potions class was going on normally since there
was no mention to the contrary (as in the DADA class).

Can we assume that Snape's task (that Dumbledore told him he needed to
do) took less than a week to execute?

I got the impression that Snape started his task immediately since
he left as soon as Dumbledore said, "you know what I must ask you to
do." Of course, this may have just been Snape's way of exiting at the
end of a conversation.

I'm probably stretching it a bit, but just wondering if anyone had
thoughts about this beyond the (now abandoned) returning to be a spy
theory.
