I like the contrast between the ungenerous behaviour displayed by the
Dursleys and the attempts at conversation by Arthur Weasley. Most of
the humour relating to the Dursleys relates to JKR's descriptions of
them, such as, "The Dursleys rounded on Harry like a pair of angry
wolverines." In contrast, Arthur talks about "eckeltricity" and his
collection of plugs.

The Weasleys often remind me of my beloved Laurel & Hardy and their ilk.
