I know this sounds a little strange, but everyone keeps hinting at
something peculiar about the fact that Harry has his mother's eyes. And
the green flash that he recalls at the encounter with Voldemort.

What if Harry literally has his mother's eyes by some magic spell. And
these eyes protect him like alot of you have been saying that his mother
found a way to protect him.
