Well... I think 9pm EST is about 2am UK time. So usually around my
bedtime!

Yes... sounds a good idea.

Agreed... being a workaholic as I am, Sunday is the only time I'm ever
likely to be around.

Agreed... 8pm BST is probably a bit early for most... however whatever
time is selected it won't suit us all, therefore I think it's best to
pick a day, and then select some time slots - for example 9-12pm GMT,
and 9-12 EST or/and 9-12 PST.

It's very hard to know... I guess most of us access the net in the
evenings in whichever time zone we are in... thus I think a scheduled
chat for each time zone would be better... possibly combining time zones
which are close to each other.
