Nick, I had a look at your club page and dutifully entered my e-mail
address (BTW, is that witch wearing a bikini?).

Note...it says "Rowing" at the bottom of the page.

I'm interested in the fact that Warner Brothers own the trademark
'Harry Potter'. Is that the name itself or the logo they use? I would
have assumed that the author or publishers owned the rights to the name.

I gather you had some legal trouble over a previous web site??? It's a
bit of a minefield (cough - I'm speaking from experience).

What do you envisage doing with this fan club? Won't it be a bit difficult
to run it, if it doesn't have the support of the author/publishers
etc. Have they commented on your idea?
