<The Weasleys, a bit like Hagrid, are from a non-Muggle environment, so I
give them nondescript, downmarket accents - possibly West Country/Welsh,
though.
The Dursleys are dead common - nouveau riche, I'd say: Londoners who
moved to Surrey and try to behave like suburban snobs...
Hermione is posh, middle-class (with a name like that, she's not going
to have a Brum accent - that's from Birmingham for those scratching
their heads)>
Hermione from middle england - Oxfordshire, Berkshire type of place,
or maybe anywhere else but living out in a posh part of a large town.
Weasleys - from near a large industrial city such as Manchester was my
thought but then not mixing with the locals much nd so noy picking up
much of an accent.
